At Dirty Money Dreams, all products are made to order. Because each item is custom-produced specifically for you, we do not accept general returns or exchanges. Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at dmdgrit@dirtymoneydreams.com
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged or there is a production error, Dirty Money Dreams will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to the customer.
Please include: Your order number and a clear photo of the issue. If the issue is confirmed, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
Size & Fit
Please review our size charts carefully before placing your order.
Because items are made to order, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizing or buyer’s remorse.
Order Changes & Cancellations Orders begin production quickly. If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once production has started.
Refunds (If Applicable)
If a refund is approved for a verified issue, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
